Mindbody Training offers programs in stress and pain management, meditation and health improvement that equally emphasize mental and physical development.

Research has confirmed the benefits of such practices as meditation, yoga and tai chi that are known for their use of mind/body techniques. However, is can be difficult to sort through the various claims about specific methods.

Our courses are rooted in traditional Asian practices but based on evidence from modern medicine, psychology and physiology. We can provide you with unique training methods suited to your needs and interests.
