When Alddo Molinar lost his grandparents to cancer, he switched his focus to medical school to help people suffering from different diseases. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas and later completed his residency at the Cleveland Clinic. At the residency clinic, not only did Alddo Molinar gain quality training, but he also met his wife. They went through residency together, got married, and now have three children. When Alddo reflects on his life, he believes that his life is governed by the values he acquired from an early age. According to Molinar, an operating room is like a busy airport.

Just as an airport has many scheduled flights, the operating rooms have many surgeries planned. He wakes up at 5:15 am and arrives at the hospital at 6:15 am to prepare for his first surgery, which begins at 7:00 am. The application of technology in medicine always fascinates Alddo because he believes that the medical industry comes from afar. He has become one of the top residents in the field of anesthesiology. Currently, Dr. Alddo Molinar serves as Medical Director of the East Ohio Regional Hospital and is responsible for more than two hundred thousand patients. In this role, he oversees the complete clinical management of the entire hospital’s anesthesiology department. This position is one of the most important in the anesthesiology department because the anesthesiologist plays a crucial role in providing the highest levels of patient safety.
