Match Group CEO Greg Blatt

Greg Blatt began his career as a bartender, but he is currently the CEO of two of the most profound online dating sites globally due to his hard work and commitment. Although most people attribute Greg’s success to luck, the truth is that he trusts his gut and continuously thrives on growing his career.
Greg Blatt got his tenacity from his father, who had an opinion about everything. After graduating with a literature degree from Colgate University, his passion was to travel the world. He took up odd jobs that enabled him to fund his travel. Eventually, he opted to settle in Colorado, where he got a bartended job that he was very good at because of his social nature.
He joined Columbia Law School to pursue his law degree and later began his career as an M & A lawyer in New York. Three years later, he decided to pursue entertainment law and got a job as the general counsel for Martha Stewart’s company. See this article for additional information.
After leaving Martha’s company with a lot of experience, he joined a holding company known as IAC as the general counsel. Due to Greg Blatt’s problem-solving skills, he was made CEO of struggling company Match Group and dating app Tinder, which he turned around in a year. Under his leadership, Tinder became a global phenomenon that set the pace for many other dating apps. Greg Blatt’s ability to take risks enabled him to build a spectacular name for himself.
He is the operational and strategic leader of IAC. He was responsible for overseeing all the international investments for IAC’s Match segments, such as People Media and Singlesnet. Between 2003 and 2009, Greg served as the Vice President and General Counsel of IAC, responsible for handling legal and human resources functions. Additionally, Greg Blatt has also been an associate at Wachtell and Lipton, both in New York.
